Most people only dream of owning a house in the country and then when they do find one, they put down a fortune and have to work like a slave to pay for it. I found this cabin when it was in bad shape and nobody wanted it. I got it for $18,000 and fixed it up as I had the money. I still have to chop wood and carry water, but I love that and so no difference to me. The cabin is solar powered and wood heated. There is no need for air conditioning because the weather is always pleasant in summer. The water comes from a spring below the house. The water is absolutely awesome. Nothing like it is sold anywhere.

I love this place and do some of my best work there.
